DGE Finland is actively recruiting individuals and organizations with valuable expertise, insights, or innovative ideas in the realm of environmental consultation, and we invite you to explore potential collaboration opportunities with us.

Partnerships and co-operation

DGE Finland is part of the international DGE Group and the Inogen network, which includes over 15,000 consultants worldwide. Although we benefit from global expertise and resources, we also understand the value of strong local connections and collaboration with local professionals to better serve our clients and address environmental challenges.

Environmental consulting is a complex and continuously evolving field. It is essential to draw from a diverse pool of knowledge and expertise to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients. We focus on combining our strengths with those of our local partners to deliver high-quality services tailored to the unique challenges faced by businesses and communities in Finland and the Nordic region.

Our core areas of expertise include environmental due diligence, permitting, sustainability and environment, health, and safety (EHS) services. We are also interested in expanding our service offerings and capabilities. As such, we seek partnerships with Finnish companies and professionals who specialize in areas like nature assessments, biodiversity and technical due diligence.

We believe that a collaborative approach leads to the best results, as it enables us to leverage the unique skills and insights of each partner. Working together ensures that our clients receive up-to-date and effective solutions to their environmental challenges, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Our goal is to establish long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with like-minded companies and professionals in Finland. Together, we can make a positive impact on the environment and contribute to a more sustainable future.

We encourage our employees to challenge themselves, explore new areas, and learn from their experiences. Mistakes are a natural part of the learning process, and we want to create an environment where you feel comfortable taking risks and growing from them.

Community

In DGE, we believe that people perform best when they feel respected and when they can develop their character. That's why our employee's well-being always come first. Sustainable communities respect the diversity of opinions, personalities, backgrounds and ways of working.

Responsibility

We want to develop our business, but we do not want to develop it by any means necessary. We treat all of our clients with the utmost respect, but as an Environmental Consultancy our biggest responsibility is to be honest. At the same time, we take full ownership of our work, with both the good and the bad.

Productivity and rest

Productivity looks different for different people. We expect our employees to be able to challenge themselves, but we also understand, that days - even weeks - can be different. Sometimes recharging takes a bit longer, and that's okay.
